Phyllis Carol Campbell, Vienna, formerly of Annamoriah

Phyllis Carol Campbell, 64, of Vienna died Nov. 13, 2003, at Charleston Area Medical Center.

She was born June 13, 1939 in Annamoriah, W.Va., a daughter of the late Howard and Leona Bassnett Rader. She was a graduate of Calhoun County High School, was a Baptist by faith and was a homemaker. She had a deep affection for her family and pets.

She is survived by her husband, Gerald T. Campbell, who she married Dec. 23, 1956; two sons, Gerald B. Campbell and his wife, Rebecca, and Brian E. Campbell, all of Vienna; one brother, Louis Rader of Annamoria; two grandsons, Dillon and Brandon Campbell of Vienna; and several cousins, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant brother.

Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home of Vienna, with the Rev. Dan Wentworth officiating. Burial will be in McCray Cemetery, near Creston, W.Va. Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. today and 7-9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
