Gilmer authorities arrested Casey Sabrina Wilson, 30, charging her with unlawful taking of a vehicle, possession of a control substance and no operators. Braxton authorities arrested James Stewart McChesney, 53, and Ashlan Nicole Rogers, 27, violation home confinement. |
