| Braxton County authorities arrested Harold Francis Shriver II, 30, charging him with obstructing an officer and William Dale Freeman, 39, charging him with violation of a protective order and obstructing. Clay officials charged Connie Sue Miller, 57, with driving suspended 3rd, no insurance, no registration and simple possession. Bond set at $17,000 cash. Roane authorities arrested Timothy Allen Somerville, 32, charging him with probation violation and John Joseph Larch, 43, charging him with attempted petit larceny. |
