| Braxton authorities arrested two Tuesday.
William Eugene Cain, 43, was charged with possession of a controlled substance-2.
Ernest Samuel Weaver III, 49, was charged with possession with intent to deliver. Bond at $15,000.
They are in Central Regional Jail. |
