CHARLESTON LAWYER KILLED IN I-79 CRASH

A Charleston law office has confirmed one of its lawyers was killed this week in a crash.

DiPiero Simmons McGinley & Bastress, PLLC law office said Sean P. McGinley died in a crash Thursday on I-79 in Braxton County.

West Virginia State Police said the crash was near Servia.

No other details were immediately available.
