ROANE AUTHORITIES ARREST MAN FOR SEXUAL ASSAULT

Roane County authorities arrested a man Wednesday on sexual assault charges. Tony Ray Taylor, 55, was charged with sexual assault 2nd degree. He is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $100,000 cash. Loretta Lynn Casto, 25, was charged Tuesday by Roane officials with obstructing. She is in Central Regional Jail.
