COURT ACTIONS RELEASED BY CALHOUN PROSECUTOR

Calhoun Prosecutor Nigel Jefferies has released March 18, 2021, court dispositions: Carrie Lynn Ball - Entry of plea. The defendant entered a guilty plea to conspiracy, a felony, and possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Acceptance or rejection of the plea is scheduled for May. Zachary Bell - Technical violation of probation. The defendant admitted to a technical violation of his probation. As a sanction the defendant will be incarcerated for thirty (30) days.
