He was chargED with fleeing with reckless indifference, conspiracy to commit a felony, receiving and transferring stolen goods, and malicious/unlawful assault on a child under 16 near school.

Ray Larry Wallbrown, 30, was arrested in Gilmer County, charged with domestic assault and destruction of property.

They are in Central Regional Jail.
