REGIONAL ARRESTS

Clay officials arrested David Lee Patterson, 63, for crashes involving death or personal injury (Erin's Law). They also arrested James Edward Neal, Jr., 28, for fleeing with reckless indifference and a traffic offense; Joseph Lee Moore, 40, convicted for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; Jerri Lynn Harlow, 32, for probation violation, and James Kenneth Eder, 63, for driving revoked DUI. Roane authorities arrested Adam Trevor Salisbury, 37, charging him with domestic battery. Braxton authorities arrested Brandi Lee Carte. 29, for probation violation.
