He was born October 28, 1939 at Reedy, the son of the late Harry C. and Ella M. Polin Ellison.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Everette Ellison.

Harry was retired from Kaiser Aluminum and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Wanda F. Ellison; four sons, Eric (Connie) Ellison, David Ellison, Brian Ellison and Scott (Remona) Ellison; 15 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; sister, Shirleen Fluharty; several nieces and nephews.

The visitation will be from 11-1 p.m. Thursday at the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer immediately followed by the funeral at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Bill Stewart officiating. Burial will be in the Good Hope Cemetery, Reedy.
