She was born June 23, 1956 at Spencer, the daughter of the late Virgil and Ruby Mae Walker Reynolds.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Jones; brothers, Leon and Raymond Reynolds.

Peggy was a homemaker. She liked the outdoors and fishing.

Survivors include her lifelong companion, Freddie A. Cottrell; sons, Fred (Wanetta) Cottrell of Gandeeville and Roscoe Cottrell of Ripley; three grandchildren, Brandon, Rachel and Dillion Cottrell; brother, Bob Reynolds; sisters, Linda Dorsey, Alice McDonald, Sherry Nichols and Becky Waters all of Spencer.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 23 at the Mt. Herman Cemetery, Gandeeville. There will be a short visitation at the cemetery.

John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, is in charge of arrangements.
