| Gilmer authorities arrested Harley Cruzz Barker, 29, and charged him with child neglect with risk of injury, possession of controlled substance and permitting unauthorized person to drive. Bond set at $5,000. Also from Gilmer, Michael Anthony Hurley, 32, was charged ith possession of a controlled substance and person prohibited with firearm. Bond at $3,000. Also from Gilmer, Tammy Sue Triplett, 23,charged possession with controlled substance, child neglect with resulting injury and permitting unlicensed person to drive. Bond at $14,000. They are in Central Regional Jail. |
