CALHOUN MAN ARRESTED DUI-3RD - Gilmer Man Charged Stolen Property

The Calhoun Sheriffs Department arrested a man Tuesday and incarcerated him in Central Regional Jail. Steven Ray Bell, 35, is felony charged with driving revoked DUI 3rd. His bond is set at $15,000 cash. A Gilmer man has been charged with receiving and transferring stolen property. Jerry Anthony Talbott, 50, is in Central Regional Jail. Hunter Nicole Runnion was charged in Clay County with Child Neglect with risk of injury. Millie Alex Phillips, 24, was arrested in Roane and charged with possession of a controlled substance an obstructing.
