Troopers say Lester Gale Doneff shot a man around 1:15 Saturday morning on Blue Lick Road in Branchland.

At last check, the victim was in stable condition.

Troopers say Doneff shot Emmert Gillman just after 1:15 a.m. Saturday.

Troopers say Doneff fled the scene before their arrival.
