A criminal complaint says Calhoun Sheriff's Department deputies stopped a vehicle in Grantsville in which Blair was a passenger and made a search of the vehicle, which led to discovering multiple controlled substances.

Calhoun authorities arrested William Ray Flinn, 38, Friday and incarcerated him over a bond revocation.

Jonathan Paul Boggs, 30, was arrested and charged with home confinement violation, escape and hindering an officer.

Brian Scott Hardman, 48, was charged with home confinement violation.

A Calhoun man, Kevin Hale Richards, 30, was incarcerated for a probation violation.

All are in Central Regional Jail.
