Justin Michael Harris, 29, has been charged by Roane authorities with entering without breaking and petit larceny.

His bond is set at $10,000 cash only bond.

A Braxton woman, Tony Rachelle Clower, 40, has been incarcerated in Central Regional Jail on a family court capias.
