A Braxton man, Carlos Craig Sponaugle, 59, has been incarcerated in Central Regional Jail, charged with DUI-3rd offense.

Brandy Nicole Shaver, 32, of Braxton was charged with obstructing and possession of a control substance and incarcerated.
