The meeting was called to order by President Fitzwater at 7:00 p.m.

MINUTES: Mr. Cunningham moved and Mrs. Frederick seconded that the minutes of the December 2, 2002 meeting be approved. Motion carried unanimously.

REPORTS: Mr. Cunningham reported on the December 16, 2002 CGCC Administrative Council meeting.

On behalf of the Board, Mr. Blankenship presented a special award to Vickie Baker for her National Board Certification.

OLD BUSINESS: Mr. Cunningham moved and Mrs. Frederick seconded that the Attendance Policy be approved as presented.
