| Clay County authorities have arrested a 27-year-old woman and charged her with daytime burglary. Jerri Lynn Harlow is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $50,000. Rada Jean Stump, 50, has been arrested by Braxton authorities and charged with driving suspended, no insurance and no registration. She is in Central Regional Jail. |
