| Wirt authorities have arrested Christi Lea Wright, 50, and charged her with wanton endangerment and obstructing. She is in North Central Regional Jail with bail set at $2,500. Richard Gordon Hogue, 59, has been charged by Ritchie authorities with aggravated DUI and overtaking/passing a school bus. He is in North Central Regional Jail with bail set at $1,500.
