Braxton County authorities have arrested Nicholas Anthony Wine, 34, and charged him with battery on an officer, obstructing and disorderly conduct. He is in Central Regional Jail. A Ritchie County man has been charged with domestic battery-3rd. David Parker Hosey, 38, is in North Central Jail. |
