Charles Matthew Collins, 67, has been charged with sexual assault, 1st degree.

He is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $100,000.

A Gilmer County woman was charged with possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication, identified as Sarah Elizabeth Roberts, 37. She is in Central Regional Jail.
