CALHOUN PROSECUTOR JOHNSON GIVES YEAR END REPORT

Calhoun County Prosecutor Shannon Johnson has released the year end case numbers for Calhoun County in 2015. According to Prosecutor Johnson, there were 30 felony cases and 664 misdemeanor cases filed in Calhoun County Magistrate Court. Further, there were 55 abuse and neglect cases, seven juvenile status offender cases, and four juvenile delinquency petitions filed in Circuit Court. Prosecutor Johnson noted that she was in court an average of 16 days per month.
