| 911 dispatched the Upper West Volunteer Fire Department at 3:15 p.m. Thursday to what was reported as a brush fire. Firemen responded to the call on Meadow Run, about two miles from state Rt. 16 at Minnora. Firemen indicated it was a controlled burn. |
