FORMER BRAXTON SHERIFF ARRESTED DUI - Keener Refuses Drunk Driving Tests

Former Braxton County Sheriff George Keener was arrested for DUI on November 18th, according to court records. Keener, who served at least two terms, was traveling between Flatwoods and Sutton when he was stopped after driving left of center. Braxton County Deputy Sheriff Shane Dillinger reported Keener refused to take a field sobriety test and a breathalyzer. He will appear in magistrate court.
