She was born on September 12, 1952 in Arlington, VA, a daughter of Charles and Margie Mock Brown of Nokesville, VA.

She is survived, in addition to her parents, by daughter, Sandra (Jimmy) Parsons of Grantsville, WV; son, Tommy L. (Vonda) Thornton of Stafford, VA; 5 grandsons and 2 granddaughters all of West Virginia; 2 brothers and 3 sisters in Virginia; numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by a daughter, Mellody Lynn Rush and 2 sisters.

A memorial service will be held at First Baptist Church, Grantsville, Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. Rev. Ron Chesser will officiate. Stump Funeral Home of Grantsville is assisting the Wolfe family with final arrangements.
