He was a construction worker and an Air Force veteran.

Survivors include his twin brother, Larry Ned Truman of Spencer WV; sister, Betty Augenstein of Lowell, Ohio; daughter, Cindy Ann Truman of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; son, Terry Lee Truman of Parkersburg; nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death, were his mother, Garnet Arlene Truman; and his wife, Maxine Truman.

There will be no visitation or funeral.
