An FBI Swat Team and state troopers raided a home at Tariff, Roane County, Monday
evening charging the resident with distributing a controlled substance, according to
the FBI.
Vincent A. Golosow, 41, of Tariff, was charged with possession with intent to deliver a
controlled substance, in addition to possession of a firearm during commission of a
drug offense.
The FBI said Clay County resident Richard Cummings, 35, was arrested in Charleston
and charged in connection with the same investigation, being a felon in possession of
a firearm.
The men went before a federal magistrate Monday. Cummings was released on
$10,000 bond and Golosow was kept in South Central Regional Jail.
