Albert Miller, 52, had earlier been charged with 120 counts of sexual abuse over a 10 year period, and is being held in Central Regional Jail with bond posted at $600,000.

Roane authorities have now charged him with possession of meth with intent to deliver.

Miller received $130 in a sting sale from a confidential informant.
