| Roane authorities have arrested Richard Allen Bateman, 32, of charges of uttering. Bateman is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $40,000. Roane authorities also arrested Kyle Eric Thurman, 41, as a fugitive from justice. He is in Central Regional Jail. Danielle Nicole Hamrick has been arrested in Braxton County and is in Central Regional Jail, charged with worthless checks. |
