More than $1 million is headed to West Virginia to improve health services in underserved rural areas with federal funding for Community Care of West Virginia to improve operations and health care services. Community Care of West Virginia has the following centers: Otter Health Clinic in Ivydale Braxton Health Associates in Gassaway Care Express and Pediatrics in Buckhannon Community Care of Green Bank in Green Bank Community Care of Marlinton in Marlinton Little Meadow Health Center in Helvetia Primary Care Systems in Clay Tri-County Health Clinic in Rock Cave West Milford Health Center in West Milford The Health Center Cluster grant provides financial assistance to health centers that offer primary and preventive health care services to the underserved. The funding comes from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. |
