| Sunny skies, warm weather and wind have spawned forest fires in the region. Roane Co. VFDs were dispatched to what was described as a large brush fire that started with a structure fire in the Round Knob area of the county at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday. Firefighters remained on the scene through Tuesday evening. |
