WV KNIFE AND GUN CLUB - Violent Home Invasion

VIOLENT HOME INVASION - Fayette County Sheriff's deputies have arrested three people and are still searching for a fourth suspect in connection with a violent home invasion assault in Fayette County.

A news release says James Kenneth Chapman, 36, of Mount Carbon, his brother, Henry Lee Chapman II., aka "Pete" Chapman, 33, also of Mount Carbon, and Jaimie Beth Mason, 37, of Montgomery, all were arrested and charged with the felony offenses of daytime burglary and assault.

When deputies arrived at the scene, they learned that three men and one woman had forced their way into the home and had attacked the occupants before leaving the scene in a white car.

15-YEAR-OLD STABBED - A 15-year-old boy stabbed in the hand Friday night in front of Hoover High School in Elkview.

The incident was related to a fight about two weeks ago.

MARION CO. HOLD-UP - the Marion County Sheriff's Department is investigating an armed robbery around 2:45 p.m. on Saturday.

A man entered the store with a six-inch knife and left on foot with undisclosed amount of cash. Deputies believe he got into a vehicle down the road.

PRESTON DAIRY QUEEN HOLD-UP - police in Preston County are investigating an armed robbery at the Dairy Queen in Reedsville. Preston County 911 officials said it happened around 9 p.m. Friday.
