BRAXTON MAN ARRESTED FOR DELIVERING ALCOHOL TO JAIL
Braxton County authorities have arrested Roy Burton Lockard, 59 with 2 felony counts, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and smuggling/delivery of alcohol in to jail/prison. Lockard (left) is in Central Regional Jail with bail amount yet to be set.
