CLAY MAN CHARGED WITH DAYTIME BURGLARY

A Clay County man has been charged with daytime burglary, breaking and entering, with a charge of conspiracy.

Jimmy Dean Keenan, 24, is in Central Regional Jail with bail posted at $25,000.

Athena Nicole Samples, 29, of Clay County, has been incarcerated, related to failure to register as a sex offender.

Ritchie authorities have arrested Benjamin Garrett Easton, 24, and charged him displaying obscene materials to a minor. He is in North Central Regional Jail.

Tucker Gale Higgins, 23, of Ritchie County, is in North Central Regional Jail, charged with driving while suspended or revoked.
