CALHOUN GRAND JURY SET FOR TUESDAY - Court Cases Set On Docket

Calhoun Circuit Court will be in session Tuesday, with Judge Thomas Evans III presiding. A grand jury is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Tuesday to consider indictments. A civil case is before the court, Patricia Wilmoth vs. Vincent Dimascio, in addition to four juvenile cases. Court will re-open Wednesday, with the first appearances for those indicted Tuesday. Also on Wednesday's docket: - David Booher, Sr. arraignment. - Gary Ferrell, status and scheduling. - Dustin Hillegas, status of evaluation. - Allen Carpenter, motion to revoke probation. - Tiffany Davis, motion to revoke probation. - Thomas Ullum, a pro-se motion to disqualify magistrate. - Five juvenile cases.
