BRAXTON MAN ARRESTED FOR DUI CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
Braxton County authorities have arrested a man for driving under the influence of a controlled substance.James Eric Simmons, 49, has also been charged with delivery of Schedule IV controlled substance.
He is in Central Regional Jail with bond yet to be set.
