Shawn Eldridge Groves, 35, and Kevin Ray Seabolt, 35, have been charged with operating or attempting to operate a meth lab, conspiracy and possession of a controlled substance.

Bail has not been set.

Brenda Lee Pena, 43, of Roane County, has been charged with uttering/forgery, felony charges, and is in Central Regional Jail with bail yet to be set.
