A fire completely destroyed the Tom and Janet Hardway residence and contents Friday night, involving double mobile homes.

The fire was reported to 911 at 7:17 p.m.

No one was at home and it was not known how the fire started.

The residence is located a short distance up the Right Fork of Crummies Creek.

Firemen were on scene for two hours.

The Arnoldsburg and Upper West Fork VFDS responded, in addition to Minnie Hamilton EMS.
