THREE CALHOUN RESIDENTS ARRESTED - Regional Men Incarcerated |

Three Calhoun residents have been arrested and are in Central Regional Jail. Mark Allen Cunningham, 40, is facing charges related to obstructing justice of a case by intimidation, a misdemeanor. Cunningham's bail is set at $10,000. Lynette Pauline Headley, 59, is charged with intimidation of a witness, a misdemeanor. Headley's bail is set at $10,000. Mary Ruth Parsons, 53, has been charged on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, felonies. Her bail has been set at $80,000. Roane authorities have arrested Charles Michael Roach, 20, sexual assault 3rd degree, a felony. Bail has not been posted. Michael Wayne Tanner, 47, of Roane County, has been felony charged with a felon in possession of a firearm and domestic assault 1st/2nd. His bail is set at $17,500. Ryan Nathaniel Haynes of Roane County has been charged with entry of building other than a dwelling, petit larceny. Issac Charles Grounds, 21, has been arrested by Gilmer authorities and charged with daytime burglary, breaking and entering, grand larceny. His bail set at $75,000.
