CLAY MAN CHARGED DUI-3RD, RESISTING ARREST

A Clay County man has been charged with multiple offenses related to DUI.

Richard Joseph White, 33, is in Central Regional Jail, charged with 3rd license suspension/revoked DUI, resisting arrest, fleeing while DUI and obstructing police.

His bond is set at $25,000.

Roane authorities have arrested Michael Lee Grogg, 29, and charged him with failure to pay child support.

He is in Central Regional Jail, with bond yet to be set.
