Allen Keith Carpenter, 23, of Altizer Road, is on the docket for probation revocation. Carpenter was indicted in 2013 for operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory and one count of conspiracy in 2011.

A pre-trial hearing for John Franklin Cash, 41, of Grantsville, who was indicted in January on one count of Operating and Attempt to Operate a Clandestine Drug Laboratory.

Cash was also indicted on one count of Threats of Terrorist Acts.
