Roane authorities have charged Brandon Lee Young, 21, with possession of a stolen vehicle, conspiracy to commit a felony, petit larceny, and conspiracy to commit larceny, according to Central Regional Jail.

Regena Cole has been charged with obstructing.

Her bond has been set at $1,000.
