| United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II, of Wheeling, announced federal indictments this week. Marlena Mae Long, 49, of Sutton, pleaded guilty for theft of mail by a postal employee. Long is free on bond pending sentencing and faces up to five years in prison. |
