A motion to revoke the bond of a Calhoun man charged with driving under the influence, causing death, is before Judge Thomas Evans III Monday in Calhoun Circuit Court. 18-year-old Luke Baker of Slab Fork posted $40,000 bond to be released from Central Regional jail following the death of Mt. Zion resident Tammy Cunningham in a recent collision at Grantsville.
