The driver of a vehicle that crashed on Rt. 16 Friday just south of Chloe, left the scene on foot, according to authorities at the scene.

The crash was a roll-over, the vehicle heavily damaged.

MHHS EMS and the Upper West Fork VFD responded to the accident about 2:45 p.m.

State Police are investigating.
