| A Roane County woman is in Central Regional Jail, charged with domestic battery; malicious assault/wounding/battery and brandishing a weapon, according to the jail. Misty Dawn Shumate, 37, is being held on $66,000 bond. Heather Dawn Watson, 27, of Roane County, has been charged with domestic battery and assault, according to Central Regional Jail. Her bond has been set at $33,000.
