ROANE MAN ARRESTED ON BURGLARY AND WEAPONS CHARGES
Roane County authorities have arrested a man on multiple charges related to a burglary.Herbert Zollie Cobb, 53, has been charged with daytime burglary without entering, grand larceny, and a weapons charge.
He is being held in Central Regional Jail on $180,000 bond.
