A stabbing incident at Morgantown High School has some new details. Morgantown Police said a 17-year-old male started the fight with a 14-year-old male, resulting in a stabbing incident. Police say during the fight, the 14-year-old pulled out a lock-blade knife and stabbed the 17-year-old repeatedly. The 14-year-old has been charged with unlawful assault and possessing a weapon on school grounds. The youth's mother said that he has been bullied by the 17-year-old since the start of the school year. The 17-year-old was taken to Ruby Memorial Hospital, treated and released. He will face a battery charge. MARION SHOOTING - Marion County deputies responded to a shooting, saying William Bowman, 55, shot his 17-year-old nephew in the back. Police say the incident stems from a previous domestic dispute. The juvenile, after being shot, ran to a neighbors house and called 911. He was taken to Ruby Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Police say Bowman fled the scene and was arrested in Barbour County. Police said Bowman was the same man who blew up a car that severely injured Ron Watkins, former Marion County Sheriff, on April 26, 1989. Bowman was forbidden to be in the Marion County. Deputies are looking for a second person they believe is connected to the shooting. Bowman is in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail.
