| A Ritchie County man Christopher Neil Bonnell, 23, is in North Central Regional jail on charges related to forgery, uttering, and driving on a suspended license. Bond has been set for Bonnell, in Ritchie County at $15,000 and in Doddridge County at $21,500. A Gilmer man is facing drug charges and is incarcerated in Central Regional Jail. Larry Dale Lilly, 41, has been charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Bond has yet to be set. |
